RES Techservice (RTS) has deployed a trailer-based LiDAR wind measurement at the construction site of 288 MW wind farm in Southern Ukraine. The LiDAR wind measurement has been concepted to provide the wind and meteorological data to control the wind turbine installation process and related weather downtime

The trailer has been tailor-made by RTS for a specific LiDAR type and is equipped with an autonomous hybrid system consisting of 1kW PV panels and a methanol-fired fuel cell.
